Beaver Basecamp is your admissions portal to review application status, confirm enrollment, view financial aid awards, apply for on-campus housing, complete START orientation and more. Basecamp is for applications submitted either at ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ or with Common Application. Beaver Basecamp provides a real time list/checklist of next steps so you know what you've completed on your way to enrolling at ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ-Cascades.
Step 2
Connect with ONID and DUO
(Necessary to access ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ online services.)
ONID provides prospective students access to financial aid and scholarship info, including ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ ScholarDollars.
DUO provides secure two-step mobile verification for your student records. (You need an ONID account before signing up for DUO)
Step 3
Confirm Enrollment and Pay ATD
Verify your details on our ‘Confirm Your Enrollment’ form on Beaver Basecamp
Pay your Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD). You must confirm your enrollment and pay your ATD before you can participate in student orientation and course registration programming (START). Your $200 deposit allows ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ-Cascades to begin planning for new students each term. Deposit waivers are offered to qualified students at the time they fill out the enrollment confirmation form.
Step 4
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Some ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ scholarships are awarded based on the application for admission. Admitted students are eligible to apply for additional college and departmental scholarships after they have set up their ONID accounts.

Step 5
New Student Onboarding Orientation
(NSO is required to register for classes)
New Stuent Onboarding (NSO), ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ-Cascades' new student online orientation and course registration program is available to students who have confirmed their enrollment by paying the $200 Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD) or who have received an ATD waiver/exemption, activated their ONID and completed the ALEKS math assessment. You will be invited to complete NSO and a link will appear on your next steps checklist in Beaver Basecamp when eligible.

Complete ALEKs Math Placement test
Regardless of AP scores or previous college level math credit all freshman students must take the ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ Math Placement test ALEKs as a pre-onboarding task. Information is available .
Immunization Records
All students must submit an to ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ-Cascades.
Submit Documents
Submit official transcripts from ALL regionally accredited institutions previously attended (including colleges attended while in high school).
Apply for on-campus housing
Order books
ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ-Cascades does not have a physical bookstore on campus. You will need to purchase or rent textbooks online through the ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓ Beaverstore Bookstore. Note: Be sure to select to have them delivered to you. Do not select on campus pick up as the bookstore is located in Corvallis. Textbooks link is on class schedule, posted on Canvas and in Beaver Hub.
